Mother of the Bride

To be at your best it is advised that you come in at least 3-5 months before the wedding. Firstly, you will be able to express what you want to achieve with one of our nurses. She will then be able to give you the best advice on how to address your concerns to ensure that you will feel fabulous on the day.

• Medical based Laser skin treatments and peels will be discussed to ensure that your skin is free of imperfections and radiant.
  
• Wrinkle reduction injections will also help soften harsh lines and help with ‘lipstick bleeding’
  
• Once we have organised the more clinical treatments, our beauty therapist will then help with dry body skin, nails and toenails.
  
• Intense body wraps and hand applied fake tans are available.

Groom

It is not only important for the bride to glow on the day but also the groom. At The Skin Institute we can customise treatments for your skin to help with acne, facial hair and imperfections. A deep facial cleansing with one of our more gentle peels 2 weeks before the wedding will leave your skin clean and free of imperfections.
Hands are also a feature that is often missed in the preparation. Clean, short even nails that have been buffed so that they look even and shiny make the ring on your finger look all the better.

You don’t want to go on the honeymoon with a hairy back and arms! Laser hair removal will help reduce hair by over 85% and help with ingrown hairs which will enable you to go to the beach without the embarrassment of taking off your shirt to expose unsightly hair. This treatment will need to be discussed with one of our nurses at least 6 months prior to the wedding.
