At The Skin Institute we offer both Laser treatments and peels
for scars, hypersensitivity, rosacea, acne, oily skin, enlarged
pores, sun/environmental damage, premature aging, dry lifeless
skin and hyperpigmentation. At The Skin Institute we have treatments
that are both diverse and specific to each clients individual needs.
They vary from light pick-me-up firming treatments to medium depth
corrective peels and Laser therapies for the treatment of lines,
acne enlarged pores and discolouration.
PEELS AVAILABLE
Dermaplane
A painless scraping of the skin to uncover the glow below. A great
treatment on the morning of a big event leaving skin smooth,
supple and glowing.
Medifacial
For relaxation and hydration you can add a peel recommended by
your specialist for added results. This is very popular prior
to weddings – a combination of Dermaplane (painless scaping)
with a hydrating custom mask.
Benefit Peel
An antioxidant peel that dissolves skin debris and is calming and
soothing. Benefits include increased cell turnover, healthy cell
growth and collagen production.
Purity Peel
A more intense formulation used for impure skin, acne and acne
scarring. Clears the skin of blemishes, decreases acne bacteria,
heals acne lesions, decreases inflammation and exfoliates the
skin cells.
Timeless Peel RX
This peel dramatically reduces the visible signs of ageing. This
extremely effective age management deep peel helps bring back
and encourage the growth of healthy young skin cells, increases
cell turnover, removes layers of dead skin, re-texturises, promotes
age defiance and increases the moisture content of the skin.
Jessner Peel
For persistent acne we combine Jessner’s peels with Timeless
RX.
T.C.A. Peel
This chemical peel is used for deep exfoliation of extremely sun
damaged skin. It is also an exceptional treatment for premature
ageing.
